From the East
Brethren I hope you are well and have taken good care of yourselves during these last few months. Since we have not been able to have any stated or emergent communications this has been the main portal of communication for our lodge.
I have good news. We are planning to have our November stated meeting at our usual
date. The second Tuesday of November is the 10th. Lodge opens at 7:30. We can have
a maximum of 35 in attendance.
We will be asking that you let us know you are coming by calling, texting or emailing me.
We will not be serving a meal. So make arrangements to have something before. Please be sure to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
In this challenging time we are working within the guidelines from the Grand Master of North Carolina and the Governor of North Carolina.
Fraternally,
Chris Leuck
From the Secretary
Brothers,
The Grand Master’s order permitting Lodges to meet once again has many guidelines that are required.
Certainly these guidelines include signage and cleaning protocol, as well as required face coverings, distancing and completion of a health questionnaire prior to entering the building. There are several items which are presented as ‘recommendations’, and our efforts will include adopting most or all of these as well.
The overriding purpose for these is to best insure health and safety. Certainly you should not attend if you are symptomatic or believe you may have recently been exposed.
Please join us if you are willing and able
Mike Hamrick, PM
